President Trump’s latest judicial nominee, Wendy Vitter, would be a disaster for Americans’ rights. During her confirmation hearing, she refused to say whether she agreed with the Supreme Court’s decision to desegregate schools in Brown v. Board of Education. We cannot allow someone with her radical views to take a lifetime appointment on the federal bench.
